When this applies to you
- You've worked abroad for the related foreign company for at least 1 year
- You're transferring to a U.S. office as an executive, manager, or specialist
- The U.S. and foreign entities have a qualifying corporate relationship
- You meet the role-specific requirements (L-1A or L-1B)
